Tough few matches to conclude the regular season.

Stanton (16-14) takes on Howells-Dodge (18-12) in the C2-5 Sub-District Semifinals at Norfolk Catholic Monday night.

The Jaguars swept Tekamah-Herman 3-0 at home Thursday night to conclude the regular season.

The Mustangs swept Howells-Dodge 3-0 at home on October 8th.

Both teams have been kind of up and down since that time so we will see what happens on Monday.

It's never easy to beat a team more than once in a season, but Stanton can definitely do it.

I think the Mustangs will find a way to win this one and at least get to the Sub-District Final.

Stanton will not be making a Sub-State game this year unless they win the Sub-District though.

The Mustangs can definitely win this Sub-District I feel as they played the Eagles really tough Tuesday night.

I think it's a matter of adjusting a few things in practice and having good postseason preparation.

Stanton has to bring it on Monday and play like there is no tomorrow.

The season is on the line for the Mustangs, and Stanton has to come out and play extremely hard and well.

The Mustangs have to try and keep their state streak alive, and try and make it back for the 5th straight year.

Stanton has their work cut out for them, but they have to create some magic and believe.

The Mustangs have to forget about losing on Saturday and Monday, and use it as fuel and motivation for this coming Monday.

Stanton has to come out on fire on Monday, and electrify everyone in the crowd if at all possible.

The Mustangs have to be ready for a stiff challenge from the Jaguars, and do everything they can to advance to Tuesday night's Sub-District Final.

These girls can do anything they put their minds to and have to really believe that.

Monday's match is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m.

Tuesday's Sub-District Final is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
