North Bend Central 5-0 in last five matches

The North Bend Central Volleyball Team won 3-0 at home over West Point-Beemer Thursday night in action aired on 107.9 the Bull before winning 2-0 over Twin River, Shelby/Rising City, and Central City at the David City Invitational on Saturday, and then downing the Titans for a second time 3-0 on the road Tuesday night.

The Tigers topped the Cadets 25-18 in set one and 25-17 in sets two and three.

NBC beat the Bison 25-19 in set one and 25-17 in set two.

The Tigers downed Twin River 25-7 in set one and 25-10 in set two.

North Bend Central won over the Huskies in set one 25-17, and won set two 25-12.

The Tigers won set one over the Titans 25-19, set two 25-9, and set three 25-16.

Great wins and dominance from North Bend Central as of late.

The Tigers (14-5) host Malcolm (15-5) Thursday night.

The Clippers went 2-1 at the Southern Invite on Saturday.

These two teams have some recent history, and this should be a great and evenly matched match.

I feel North Bend Central has played tougher and better teams and been more impressive against those teams than what Malcolm has faced and fared against, but the Tigers' 7-match win streak will be put to the test there is no doubt about it.

Still though North Bend Central has to be feeling it right now, and especially in this match since they are at home.

The home crowd has to be electric and must really get into it.

The Tigers have to get jacked and fired up for this one, and must be ready to play a great match against the Clippers.

Lauren Emanuel, Megan Ortmeier, Sydney Emanuel, and others have to play well for North Bend Central.

The Tigers have to play with a little extra pizazz and oomph in this one.

North Bend Central has to have a little something extra for Malcolm, something they're not expecting or ready for.

The Tigers have to unleash the beast within and expend all that built up energy on the Clippers.

North Bend Central has to build up plenty of energy prior to the match and be ready to release it all once the match starts.

The Tigers have to come out and dominate from start to finish.

North Bend Central has to own Malcolm and the match, and never allow the Clippers to be in the match if at all possible.

The Tigers have to jump on Malcolm early, and force the Clippers to play from behind all night.

North Bend Central has to get Malcolm flustered and frustrated, and has to play their best match of the season.

If the Tigers play the way they have lately they should have a pretty good chance to win I would think.
