Pretty impressive Volleyball from the Pendragons I must say.
Pender (12-10) plays host to Oakland-Craig (2-0) Thursday night.
The Knights beat DC West and West Point-Beemer 2-0 at their home Triangular Tuesday night.
Oakland-Craig defeated the Pendragons 2-0 at the Northeast Nebraska Classic on September 3rd.
Pender has to watch out for Bailey Helzer.
Her and Heise really went at it a couple of years ago when we broadcasted the match on 107.9 the Bull.
Ostrand and Nelson have to keep doing what they have been doing for the Pendragons.
Pender has to be awfully proud of what they have accomplished this year.
The Pendragons have made significant improvements and are a much improved team this season.
With that said, there is a lot of work to be done and matches still to be played this season.
Pender has to keep pushing forward and must keep finding different ways to get better each and every day.
The Pendragons should be very happy and proud of what they have accomplished so far this season, but realize that the job is not done and there is still work left to do before season's end.
Pender has to try and do everything they can to challenge the Knights.
If the Pendragons can take a set or at least make things tight and close with Oakland-Craig then I feel like that would be another positive step in the right direction.
