Winnebago 1-2 in last three matches

The Winnebago Volleyball Team went 1-1 at the Whiting, IA Triangular Tuesday night, losing 2-0 Homer, but beating Whiting, IA 2-0. The Indians then lost 3-0 at Omaha Christian Academy Thursday night.

The Knights took set one 25-19 and set two 25-13.

Winnebago won set one over Whiting, IA 29-27 and set two 25-22.

The Indians dropped set one to the Eagles 25-20, and lost sets two and three 25-16.

Good win for Winnebago over Whiting, IA, but disappointing losses to Homer and Omaha Christian Academy.

The Indians (7-12) host Madison (2-13) Tuesday night.

The Dragons lost 3-0 at home to Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family this past Tuesday night.

This is a very winnable match for Winnebago.

Madison gave Tekamah-Herman their only win of the year and also lost to 7-9 Class D-1 Plainview.

This should be a good, compelling, and interesting match to say the least.

I think the Indians have a good chance to win it.

Winnebago has to take advantage of the opportunity and make the most of things.

The Indians have to execute well....hitting, passing, serving, blocking, and serve receiving well.

Winnebago has to come out and play inspired, and must be aggressive and take the fight to Madison.

The Indians have really struggled lately, and need to figure out how to snap out of their slump and raise their level of play.

Winnebago has to eliminate self inflicted mistakes and errors, and force the Dragons to make plays and earn their points.

The Indians have to crank up the intensity and play harder and smarter more than ever before.

Winnebago has to come out with fire, intensity, passion, toughness, grit, and tenacity.

The Indians have to expect to win, and can't play not to lose.

Winnebago has to play with Bago pride, and play for each other.

The Indians have to work together and have a team first attitude.

Winnebago has to care about each other and the team's success.

The Indians have to be loose and have fun, but be serious when the time calls for it as well.

Winnebago has to go out there and leave everything they've got on the floor.

The Indians have to pour their blood, sweat, tears, heart, and soul into this match and do everything possible to win it.
