The Tri County Northeast Volleyball Team lost 3-0 at home to BRLD Thursday night before falling 3-1 at Ponca Tuesday night.
The Wolverines won sets one and two 25-19, and set three 26-24.
Jordyn Carr had 10 kills and 9 digs while Alli Jackson notched 8 kills and 13 digs. Carly Dickens added 21 assists.
The Indians won set one 25-15 before the Wolfpack won set two 25-22. Ponca then won set three 25-20 and set four 25-14.
Two losses to two powers and very good teams for Tri County Northeast.
The Wolfpack (2-8) squares off with Pender (8-8) and Neligh-Oakdale (5-9) at the Neligh-Oakdale Triangular Thursday night.
The Pendragons won 3-1 at Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family Tuesday night while the Warriors beat Plainview 2-0 at the Plainview Triangular Tuesday night.
I think Tri County Northeast has an uphill battle against Pender, who defeated the Wolfpack 2-0 at the Pender Triangular on September 8th.
I think Tri County Northeast has a better chance for success against the host Warriors.
Neligh-Oakdale is still a tough team and has lost to some quality team this year and played a tough schedule.
So the Warriors won't be easy to contend with whatsoever.
Some tough and stingy competition in this Triangular for the Wolfpack for sure.
Tri County Northeast has to come out and be prepared to fight and battle from start to finish.
The Wolfpack has to step it up and come in and play great and superb Volleyball come Thursday night.
Tri County Northeast has to bring their best effort and play their best game against both Pender and Neligh-Oakdale.
The Wolfpack can't back down from or fear either team.
Tri County Northeast has to battle, and try and find a way to come out on top in both matches.
