Howells-Dodge swept at home by Lutheran High Northeast

The Howells-Dodge Volleyball Team fell 3-0 at home to undefeated Lutheran High Northeast Tuesday night.

The Eagles took set one 25-21, set two 25-17, and set three 25-11.

Grace Baumert had 7 kills and 7 digs while Ellie Baumert notched 7 digs and 16 assists.

LHNE is simply a great team.

The Jaguars (8-3) take on Pender (5-7) and Cedar Bluffs (8-2) at the Pender Triangular Thursday night.

The Pendragons lost 2-0 to Wisner-Pilger, but beat Stanton 2-1 at the Stanton Triangular Tuesday night.

The Wildcats on the other hand swept St. Edward 3-0 at home Thursday night.

Howells-Dodge swept Pender 2-0 in another triangular in Pender a couple of weeks back.

The Pendragons are playing better Volleyball now then they were then though so Pender figures to be tough.

Cedar Bluffs has had a favorable schedule, and I look for the Jaguars to be able to beat them.

I think Howells-Dodge will win this Triangular.

The Baumert transfers stand out for this Jaguar squad.

Pender and Cedar Bluffs are having nice seasons, but I think Howells-Dodge is a few steps ahead of them.

And you know the Jaguars will want to respond well following the loss to the Eagles.

Howells-Dodge simply has to go out there and play their game come Thursday night.

Play together as one, and be tough as nails.
